Rouzan Dishoian, MS, CCC-SLP
Rouzan is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). She has extensive experience providing pediatric speech and language therapy across a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community-based programs. Through her work with children and families in these diverse environments, Rouzan recognized the importance of individualized, family centered care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Rouzan founded KidsCare Therapies to provide compassionate, play-based speech therapy in supportive environments where children feel comfortable, engaged, and empowered to communicate. Her approach focuses on building meaningful skills that carry over into everyday life while partnering closely with families to help children develop strong communication skills and the confidence to support lasting success.

We offer services in English, Armenian, and Arabic, providing culturally and linguistically responsive care to support each child and family in their preferred language.
Comprehensive Speech & Language Evaluation
A thorough evaluation to assess your child’s speech, language, and communication skills. This process helps identify strengths, areas of need, and the most appropriate goals for therapy. Following the evaluation, families receive clear feedback and personalized recommendations.
Speech & Language Therapy
Individualized therapy sessions designed to be engaging, play-based, and tailored to each child’s developmental level and goals.

Funding
KidsCare Therapies offers flexible funding options to help families access high-quality speech and language services for their child.
Private Pay
Private pay services are available for families seeking speech and language support without going through third-party funding. This option allows for flexible scheduling and individualized care tailored to your child’s needs.
Regional Center Funding
KidsCare Therapies is contracted with Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center (FDLRC) and Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) to provide speech and language evaluation and therapy services for eligible children. We work closely with service coordinators to ensure services align with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and support meaningful progress.
Insurance Reimbursement
KidsCare Therapies is an out-of-network provider; however, a detailed superbill can be provided for families to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits.
